Every incoming student has an opportunity to be accommodated in one of the student houses (dormitories). Dormitories are situated in Kortowo (a campus that belongs to the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn).

All student houses have an access to the Internet (remember to take the cable Internet!), as well as a TV room, study room and sport room. Electricity, heating and water fees are included in the rent for the room.

To be accommodated you will need: Identity Card and ID photo. You are also obligated to pay for the first month of your stay and deposit fee in the amount of 500 PLN – you will receive this money back when you move out, unless there are some damages in your room.

How much does it cost?

Room price ranges from 95 EUR – 225 EUR/per month depending on a place and a dormitory, plus the cost of guarantee deposit – 500 PLN (about 115 EUR) in the academic year 2023/24.
