Step 1 Create an account and fill out the application forms in IRK System. Add your passport, academic documents, language proficiency proof.

Step 2 Pay the registration fee (85 PLN) for an individual account created in your IRK profile:

If you apply for admission to study with the omission of the enrolment procedure obligatory for Polish citizens, you may pay the admission fee by:

• Cash at the cash desk: Rector’s office building, M. Oczapowski St. 2
• Money transfer using the individual account number which was generated in IRK System.
  

Admission fee 2023/2024:

• a. 150 PLN - for candiates who apply for studies that require a test of artstic telnts i.e. art education, music education.
• b. 85 PLN  - for candidates who apply for other studies.

Step 3 The documents CAN be sent to the evaluation centre ENIC/NARIC (Polish NAWA) for control.

Step 4 Prepare for an exam if your programme requires it.

Step 5 The results of your application will be available in your IRK account. When you are qualified, you need to confirm your decision of undertaking a programme.

Step 6 The letter of acceptance will be sent to the applicant.

Service agent responsible for receiving the letters

A party without a domicile or habitual residence in Poland, any other EU member state, the Swiss Confederation, or EFTA-EEA agreement countries, and without representation or consular involvement in Poland, must designate a service agent in Poland for mail reception. Otherwise, all documents will be delivered exclusively by electronic means.
