on amending Decision No. 38/2019 of the Rector of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn dated 6 May 2019 on the organisational schedule
of the academic year 2019/2020
Pursuant to Art. 79.7 of the Act of April 16, 2020 on special support instruments in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Dz. U. of 2020 item 695), it has been decided as follows:
§ 1
In the Appendix to Decision No. 38/2019 of the Rector of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn dated 6 May 2019 on the organisational schedule of the academic year 2019/2020, the block of verses titled “summer semester”, is replaced with the following text:

1) Courses conducted in a remote form until 14 June 2020, from 15 June 2020 – completion of classes which for substantial reasons could not be carried out online.
2) Courses in which obtaining the final credit or admission to the examination is subject to obtaining a credit for the practical part or internships, which for objective reasons could not be completed by 2 August 2020, can also be carried out in September, with the time limit to obtain a credit by 30 September 2020.
3) Examination dates shall be upon agreement with the Student Council in a given unit
4) In medical programmes, it is allowed to carry out courses related to students’ training in clinical wards and other medical facilities.

The Decision is effective as of the day of signing.
